Summary

To support the launch of ThunderVolt, Playland’s record-breaking new roller coaster, Arkitek Creative produced a high-impact campaign spanning broadcast, digital, and social.

 

Scope of Work

  • Broadcast TV commercial
  • 2 long-form hero videos
  • 12 short-form videos + 4 cut-downs
  • Animated logo sequence
  • 159 influencer video assets
  • Multi-aspect ratio outputs for all platforms

 

Approach

The campaign was delivered in two phases:

  1. Pre-Launch Blast – Created anticipation before construction was complete.
  2. Full Launch – Captured b-roll on location and rolled out the full campaign.

 

To simulate the ThunderVolt experience ahead of completion, we filmed talent on greenscreen “coaster carts” enhanced with slow-motion wind FX—bringing the thrill to life before the ride was operational.
